A different kind of first visit.

Most people arrive a little overwhelmed — buried in conflicting information and unsure where to begin. My job is to help you feel grounded, then work alongside you to find a realistic starting point. You'll leave understanding the why behind how you feel, with a plan that honors both where you are today and where you want to go.

What I offer

Care drawn from a deep toolkit.

Every plan is built for the person in front of me — combining modern medicine with natural therapies rather than relying on any one approach.

Naturopathic Medicine

Care for the whole family. Naturopathic medicine blends modern medical knowledge with more natural therapies to support health at every stage of life — from infants and children to adulthood and beyond. Common tools used in naturopathic medicine include clinical nutrition, lifestyle counseling, botanical medicine, nutritional supplementation, laboratory testing, and physical medicine techniques.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a component of Traditional East Asian Medicine that has been practiced for thousands of years to support the body's natural healing processes and restore balance. Using very fine, sterile needles placed at specific points on the body, acupuncture helps regulate the nervous system, improve circulation, reduce pain and inflammation, and support overall physical and emotional wellbeing. Acupuncture may be helpful for a wide range of concerns including musculoskeletal pain, stress, anxiety, sleep disturbances, digestive complaints, hormonal health, headaches, fertility support, recovery from acute or chronic illness, for healing from injury or surgery. Associated therapies may be incorporated into treatment when appropriate, including cupping therapy, moxibustion, gua sha, or East Asian herbal medicine.

What I treat

Whole-body care for what conventional visits rush past.

Women's Health & Hormones

Irregular menstrual bleeding, pre- and postnatal care, perimenopause, fertility concerns, thyroid conditions, adrenal imbalances.

Digestive Health

Stool irregularities, food sensitivities, microbiome issues like SIBO or SIFO, ulcerative colitis or Crohn's, reflux, bloating and gas.

Mental & Emotional Wellness

Mental and emotional wellness is a vital aspect of whole-person health. Many aspects of life can throw us off balance and influence how we think, feel, and function. Common concerns seen in my practice include anxiety, low moods, feelings of burnout, sleep issues, challenges with postpartum transitions, hormonal mood changes, and difficulty coping with life's demands.

Autoimmune & Allergic Conditions

Autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto's thyroiditis, Graves' disease, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, lupus, or multiple sclerosis. Allergic concerns addressed in practice may include seasonal allergies and other mast cell related symptoms, eczema, hives, chronic sinus congestion, or food sensitivities.

Pain & Neurological Conditions

Acute or chronic pain, neuropathy, headaches or migraines, trigeminal neuralgia, Bell's palsy, fibromyalgia, vertigo or dizziness, or movement disorders. Pre- and post-surgical support to optimize outcomes and accelerate recovery.

Pediatric & Family Medicine

Personalized, whole-person care for individuals and families through every stage of life — from infancy and childhood through adolescence, adulthood, and healthy aging. Our goal is to partner with families to provide compassionate care that supports health, prevention, and vitality across generations.

The approach

Treating the whole person — not just the symptom.

Naturopathic medicine combines the wisdom of nature with the rigor of modern science. Rather than viewing symptoms as problems to suppress, I see them as valuable information — messages from the body that point toward what needs support. Together, we work to create balance, build resilience, and support your health at a pace that actually allows healing.

How I work →
Care without the drive

Personalized care without the commute.

Healthcare should be accessible, convenient, and fit into the realities of modern life. Many patients choose to work with me entirely through phone consultations, allowing them to receive personalized naturopathic care from the comfort of home — whether they live in a rural community, have busy schedules, are caring for young children, or simply prefer the convenience of remote appointments.

Modern technology allows us to provide many aspects of care virtually, including electronic orders, online ordering, secure communication, and personalized treatment plans delivered directly to you. Whether you visit my office in person or connect remotely, our goal remains the same: to provide accessible, compassionate, and patient-centered care that meets you where you are.
